Support Built Around What Comes Next
We Believe Support Should Feel Human, Useful & Honest
What Next? exists to support people affected by cancer with practical guidance, shared experiences and a stronger focus on whole-person wellbeing.
We’re here for the questions that can sit outside the medical appointments – how you’re feeling, what might help day to day, where movement can fit in and how other people have navigated similar experiences.
Cancer support should never feel overwhelming, judgemental or one-size-fits-all. We focus on clear information, lived experience and practical guidance that helps people feel more informed, supported and confident about whatever comes next.

How What Next? Came To Be
A Need for More Support
What Next? grew from a simple recognition: cancer support needs to extend beyond diagnosis and treatment. People also need somewhere to turn for the questions, emotions and everyday challenges that happen around it.
Looking Beyond Treatment
The aim became to create a place that brings together practical guidance, lived experience and support for the whole person – helping people feel more informed and less alone throughout their cancer journey.
Movement & Wellbeing
Movement and wider wellbeing became an important part of that support, recognising the role that appropriate activity, confidence and everyday habits can play before, during and after treatment.
Support for What Comes Next
Today, What Next? brings together guidance, real experiences and wellbeing resources for people affected by cancer – whether they have just been diagnosed, are undergoing treatment, are adjusting afterwards or supporting someone else.
Support That Looks Beyond The Diagnosis
Cancer affects far more than appointments and treatment. It can change how you feel, move, work, connect with others and think about what comes next. What Next? brings those wider parts of the experience together, with practical guidance, lived experience and support for both physical and emotional wellbeing.
