Total Therapy, Redditch

Hi, we’re Stephaine Baines and Andy Morgan, owners of Total Therapy Redditch in Worcestershire. We are practitioners of Chinese Medicine, which dates back thousands of years. Chinese medicine complements Western medicine by looking at the whole person, not just the symptoms or illness.

Treating the whole person means considering all the body systems, such as the digestive system, and recognising they are connected. In addition to the physical, we look at an individual’s spiritual and emotional well-being. Before you think that sounds a bit ‘out there’ bear in mind that it is scientifically proven that we all have energy; to some people, this is the atoms and molecules that create our electromagnetic field; to others, it is an aura, but they mean the same thing depending on the language used; spiritual or scientific.

As Chinese medicine practitioners, our philosophy is that whatever has been done to the body can be undone. Disease in the body is a ‘dis-ease’; your body is trying to tell you something is out of balance and needs to be addressed. We can help you explore what this could be in your case.

At Total Therapy Redditch we offer complementary therapies, which can be used alongside conventional medicine. Our toolbox of therapies includes:

  • Acupuncture
  • Massage
  • Energy healing
  • Emotional Therapy
  • Hypnotherapy
  • Chromotherapy
  • Sound therapy

When we first meet a client, we start with a conversation; we want to know more about you and try to find the ‘why’ of where you are in your health today. We ask that you come with an open mind and we will endeavour to help you find hope and positivity if it is waning. Even a little hope will guide you through the dark place. Many clients come to us and achieve exceptional results that have changed the direction of their lives for the better.
